Ingredients:
1 Banana
3 Cups Milk
1 Tbsp Honey
1 tsp Vanilla
1/4 tsp Nut meg
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
1/4 tsp Ground Cloves
How To:
1. Blend everything together and enjoy a new unique smoothie taste.
P.S. Non-dairy milk (almond, cashew...) works well too!
