Ingredients:
400g Brie
5Tbsp SUNRIPE Cranberry Sauce
2Tbsp Chopped Pecans
1Tbsp Maple Syrup
1pkg SUNRIPE Original Sampler's Toasts
How To:
Cut rind off and cut brie into cubes.
Add brie to a blender or food processor.
Whip the brie on medium-high speed for 8-10 minutes until the brie is a spreadable, creamy texture similar to butter.
Add in the SUNRIPE Cranberry Sauce and briefly mix to combine.
Spread brie mixture onto a plate and garnish with chopped pecans and a drizzle of maple syrup.
Serve with Sampler's Toasts
